As a matter of principle, all Eichenberger screw drives undergo manual inspection following assembly. More thorough testing and random sampling is carried out according to customer specifications. Example: 100% testing of screw drives for the automotive industry (torque, axial play). As part of basic research or customer-specific lifespan testing, tests are conducted on our special test benches:

In principle with Eichenberger in the production process, all spindles are submitted after the assembly of a manual function control. Large examinations, whether samples or 100% controls, is accomplished depending upon requirements of the customer. Example: 100% examination of spindle for the automobile industry (torque, axial play).
