Loctite 542

Recommended for fine threaded fittings as used in hydraulic and pneumatic installations, for connections on machine tools, automotive vehicles, heavy plant equipment  and small fittings in general.

• Carries the German DVGW approval (no. 96.02e125). Tested in accordance to EN 751-1.
• Meets BS 6956 type A for sealing gas fittings.
• WRC approval for use with potable water.

Loctite 577

All coarse metal threads where fast cure and medium strength are reqiured e.g. pipe systems in chemical plants. Suitable for appications in low temperatures e.g. outdoor plant maintenance.

Carries the German DVGW approval (no. 96.02e125). Tested in accordance to EN 751-1.
Meets BS 6956 type B for sealing gas fittings.
WRC approval for use with potable water.

Loctite 5331

Recommended for use on threaded plastic/metal fittings carrying hot or cold water e.g. industrial and agricultural plastic water pipe systems or drainage systems.

• Carries the German DVGW (no. 96.07e125) and KTW approvals for gas and potable water. Tested in accordance to EN 751-1.
• WRC apporved for use with potable water up to 90°c.
